Lapsus Ruinas

This work peers into the discovery of a lost tree civilization abandoned thousands of years ago. The city is dominated by nature, and has lost all functionality. However culture hinted through the ruins remain, creating an entrance to another world. Light and shadow are utilized to create depth in this piece, and perspective to give the viewers an illusion that they are also a member of the excavation group that wandered into this colossal lost city.
