From hand-controlled drones to customizable rings, Takumi’s work stems from a catch-ball between inquiry and fun. He has shown works in the Metropolitan Museum of Art and received several awards including the A.F Porter Award in 2022, Osaka-Prefecture Highschool Arts, and Culture Awards in 2019. He uses multi-media to express his worlds of inquiries and introduces narratives in which people can explore and take part.
